You can use all share of your water as per Indus Water treaty. Pakistan would have no problem with it.

Stopping water is what a coward enemy does best.
What else can they do anyway, except blow up schools or markets....

This really cracks me up.

A coward is one who attacks from behind and runs when retaliated. Heck we know of cowards who don't acknowledge their own or take back their dead.

As of now , nothing would happen.The future depends on Pakistan .Every such attack as has happened , reduces the room for the GoI to manoeuvre , hardening attitudes among the local populace .

I'm not too optimistic about things returning back to normal after such attacks in the future.After all , one of the reasons he was elected apart from improving the economic lot of Indians , is that he promised decisive action against Pak sponsored terrorists where the previous UPA led government was widely perceived as supine.

Gauging from the way Modi operates , I doubt he'd like to be seen as a carbon copy of the UPA.No sir , he's not the kind to sit back & let bygones be bygones.What exactly does he have planned is something time will tell.

In the end, Modi most will not end up abrogating the treaty, but will surely put in enough mechanisms that will allow
1) Full utilization of waters of the rivers awarded to us
2) Mechanisms to block water when required on the other rivers.

If we store the Kishanganga water the Pakistani Power project will NOT get any water

The treaty only deals with utilization of water, not about diversion for purpose of electricity generation. Kishanganga project by diverting water (though not decreasing volume) does not violate any treaty provision, but make all investment Pakistan has done on Neelum-Jhelum project to nothing.

This without violating any treaty provision.
