If the treaty says India can use 20% of Indus, it must. Any more than that and Pakistan has an objection.

Even India media is slapping Modi jee for his blunder on Indus water treaty..because China is the upper state and india is the lower state and the whole Indus river originates from China...India is looking to secure water from China via treaty therefore it cannot act unilaterally on the river system as it would affect many country other than Pakistan...Modi jee is simply venting his frustations as China has built over 87000 dams and all modi jee can do is watch and wet his payjamas..

Not true..otherwise China will not have built 87000 dams on these rivers..

Further there are third parties involved in brokering the IWT and India has won approvals to build certain dams and water infrastructure based on this treaty..Modi jee false flag in URI failed desperately and if he will not capitalize to extract something out of it..Modi jee career is darker than load shedding and he will be screwed deeper than the oceans with fingers bigger than himalyaas...
