Airforce has become outdated, Need to change the aircraft

Islamabad: The Chairman of Senate's Committee for Defense Production, Javed Qazi, has said that Pakistan's AirForce has become outdated and there's a need to change the aircraft while Pakistan Ordinance Factory has been idle. Briefing the media after the hearing, he said that Pakistan's AirForce has aircraft ranging from 25-40 years old and the F-16s that we are proud of are 25 years old technology.
The Defense Production management told the committee that due to non-payment from the Finance Ministry have resulted in the loss of prosuction.
Mr. Qazi said that the Army had developed radios that cannot be jammed.
