That's not how air warfare works. Aside from the CPU, you need to think about the whole computer, and the person using it.It's a waste of time to compare F16 to Rafale - even worse than comparing Intel to M1.
In a video game, a noob with an M1 and an otherwise ancient computer would be shat on by a pro with an intel and a decent ish PC.
Similarly, air warfare is not platform vs platform. It is network centric. And training matters too. Pakistan is at least a decade ahead of India in this regard, and always has been. That's how it has lasted 4 wars against an 8 times larger country (and captured 80,000+km^2 of territory in the process too!)
