Precisely. BTW, that was Jinnah's hope to have an INDO-PAK Federation with Common Currency, Common Defence and Common Foreign Affairs, with separate governance for rest of the Govt. functions. Had they stuck with the original plan, how many lives would have been spared and the combined economy would have helped both Nations.
