In this case, a man accused of masterminding an attack in a foreign country which killed over 160 people is out on bail while a serving officer of Military intelligence in the Indian army has spent some 8 years in jail without even being charged (was believed to be involved in the Malegaon case where 2 were killed ). I find it funny how these guys try to compare samjautha express with 26/11 ( While respecting those lost life in samjautha)...

Samjautha bombing happened in India and it was done by Indians and it was proven by Indian agencies......

Laugh away. A former NSA was sacked just because he said Kasab was Pakistani. This is coming from the Head of the FIA which investigated this case. Pretty damning.

Former NSA was again representing Pakistani state. And wasn't a private entity. Pakistani state can sack anyone of its servants anytime it wants to. Same for this head of FIA. He is also a Pakistani state servant and conducted those investigations while being a head of Pakistani state institution. He didn't do those investigations privately. So nothing damning here since nothing new has been proved.

When you very little, best not to make it evident. Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari a.k.a Abu Jundal lived in Pakistan & participated in the attack from Pakistani soil. In that Karachi control room that is mentioned. He then went to KSA on a Pakistani passport where he was arrested because of Indian & American pressure. Your state panicked when he was arrested & told the Saudis that he was a Pakistani citizen & should not be extradited to India. They kept that up for 2 months & only when Saudis ignored them & extradited Abu Jundal to India did your government sing a different tune. why protect him if your state was not involved?

All BS and allegations. He was/is an Indian citizen working in private with some Pakistani nationals. Doesn't prove anything.

Well many of those Uzbek terrorists were trained in Uzbekistan or in Afghanistan and then came into Pakistani territory to conduct terrorism. So nope Pakistani state is not responsible for any acts of a few of its citizens just like your state is not responsible for the acts of Abu Jandal or Swami Aseem Anand.

This also puts an end to all the rubbish about Pakistan going to UN with claims against India. After this admission, you would be first expected to prove your own credibility before accusing others.

Well Pakistan would still go to UN and would blame your state and your state institutions in supporting terror inside Pakistan since nothing has been proved to link Pakistani state with Mumbai attacks. Your days of playing victim are gone. Now it is your turn to answer a lot of things since we have had enough of you playing victim all the time.
