Do you want to sign the pact with GoI or the separatists that your representatives were so desperate to meet despite clear indication that such as act would result in cancellation of talks?

Forget pacts, GoI does not even wish to have any talks with your government unless you cease on that front, which you won't as that would de-legitimize and undermine your efforts in Kashmir, thus, a stalemate.

One that India is perfectly comfortable with.

What treatment would you like? That they are left alive considering their dangerous views and actions is better treatment than they deserve.

Anyway, your claiming GoP will not meet them is well and fine but impractical. If that happens, we can resume dialog.

We are seeking relief from pain by inflicting a new wound. I believe we're in the world not in hell, this is hell's scene where to end a punishment a new punishment will be imposed. There's always a way to be explored in this world.
