Punjabi is not in danger. Vast, vast majority of Punjabis and others living in Punjab prefer to only speak Punjabi. I am from Central Punjab, and some of these Indians say Punjabi is in danger.

Here you can find Urdu speaker brother going around Lahore, everyone answers him in Punjabi. Actually most people are comfortable only speaking Punjabi.

I sometime watch Pakistani news channels and couldn't find any channel broadcasting news in Punjabi while there are many Urdu news channels.

Even I disagree with him on most of these points as both Urdu and Punjabi are my first languages. There's nothing in it that violates forum rules. He expressed his views. I could deal with that much.

But these bullying tactics of yours prevent a discussion. They must stop!

Just being a normal human without hating on others is an evolution from a 5000 year culture.

Vedic civilization is not that old really.

The Mahabharata war was fought in Kurukshetra around 900 BC. There's strong archeological evidence which the Hindutvadis have been trying to bury. The Internet, however, is filled with their lies. So these ridiculous notions of a 5000 or 10000-year old Indian civilization (unless you want to include the IVC which was a very small, limited period). But the IVC is really a different civilization which had nothing in common with the Vedics.

Moreover, the Vedic civilization was born in the Punjab, in fact in modern Pakistan. But also Indian Punjab as there are archeological evidences of Rig Veda's writing in these parts.

The way we conceive India is at best, 3000-3500 years old. Ancient Egypt, Sumerians, Babylonians, Chinese, and even the ancient Hebrews have older civilizations than India.

Your remark is very valid.
Such people do not pay attention to ground realities because they feel themselves champions for mingling words and consider it philosophy - just a bit of lynching by Indians will update his software in his hard(ware) skull.

Indians on PDF are pushing this false narrative against Punjabis and the Punjabi language in Pakistan.

It is against forum rules to push false narratives. I will definitely report any Indian trolls who push these lies against Punjabis and Kashmiris.

We will not tolerate fabrications and lies from Indians anymore.

@waz @AgNoStiC MuSliM @jaibi You guys are witness to the lies being peddled against Punjabis of Pakistan by these Indian trolls. Recently they created a thread simply to mock Punjabis and push racism against us by saying Pakistani Punjabis are not real Punjabis. That is total nonsense.

I have also previously reported the ID I am replying to now for misrepresenting Kashmiris and portraying them as weak and malleable, which is another psyops of Indians to convince Pakistanis not to back Kashmiris.

I hope both these issues are dealt with. Racism by Indians against certain Pakistani ethnicities, whether Punjabis, Kashmiris, or Pukhtoons should not be allowed to be peddled on this forum.

Mod's,...this poster is continuously peddling lies and more lies in every thread where Indians participate, and trying to intimidate innocent Indian posters like @Laozi from freely expressing his views. This he regularly does along with his gang of 2 or 5 (Depending on the availability, of course). I don't even know Laozi and have never interacted with him. But I'm not taking his side because he's Indian, but because he's clearly being harassed. And someone has to stand up for what is right.

Discussing any ethnicity is not peddling racism against them. ih tere pyo di jagir ni, it's a discussion forum. Many kinds of views are permitted as long as they're done politely. You can also politely make your points, and disagree and debunk any Indian's views. Go check my posts in this very thread: I have myself disagreed with Laozi's views (not directly replied to him because I was interacting with Mirza and 1-2 other posters). But all that's too much work for you. That is why you seek to bully the Indian posters, and prevent them from expressing their views.

I have noticed a regular pattern of harassment of Indian posters by the above person, and 2-3 of his friends. This was a perfectly normal thread where we were having casual but great discussions...Indians, Pakistanis alike. But he simply can't spare his venom.

I think the mod's should prevent this poster from engaging with ANY Indian or Indian-origin posters because of his caustic, ill-informed racist views.

Whatever impatience or irritation I go through with you, I take off my hat to you for the courage of your convictions. You spare nobody.

I will still use the word "Abhi-none-Done" but nothing against the Officer. I'll probably say that in his presence.....and he looks like a good Madrasi bloke that can take a few insults.

See it's all about freedom of expression for me. I want the freedom to mispell Abhinandan's name, that's why I couldn't be part of the CoC. At the same time, I understand how innocent some of the Indian posters are. They should not be prevented from expressing their views by some of these bullies

At the end of the day, I'm a secular, liberal person. Hindus/Muslims are same to me thanks toy own heritage. My mom and dad used to have lots of fights when I was a kid, but I never saw them fight even once over religion. That is the India I still treasure and hope it is redeemable.

We've been here before, and freedom of expression does not include insulting a soldier. It's not about him taking a few insults, it's about you insulting him.

He is a Muslim, but also a very troubled one, for the things that he was doing.
