Rural folk . Villager/Gaon wala. The one who is not yet urbanized . In simple words the ones who are not fond of

In north India that called Dehaati or Gawaar which literally means as illiterate & uncivil.

Shoaib himself is illiterate.

Many super stars in Indian Film industry did not pass 10th grade can we call them paindu?

Paindu means a Punjabi redneck, or the local version of white trash who happen to speak Punjabi language. Sometimes, it's used by westernized urban snobs for poorer urban people, specially in Lahore and Islamabad. For me, a paindu means someone who doesn't know how to keep a proper appearance and someone who lacks general manners, like not staying in a que, staring, harassing women etc. Paindu folk also tend to have a low IQ; a result of substandard education they received while growing up.

My alternate definition for "paindu"; anyone from Sialkot, Sargodha and Mandi Bahauddin.
