Hi,

After much thought and deliberation---I have come to the conclusion that PAF should change gears in mid stream and go for a 2 Sqdrn strength of the F 35 initially.

They should drop the idea for the SU35 or the J11D and go for the JH7B with the upgraded engine and aesa radar.

But the key over here is the F35----. With the procurement of this aircraft---it can bring some balance to the fire fight and have some strength at its disposal to maintain and manage an aggressive and a defensive power stance---.

This is an unconventional approach to the problem at hand---. Go for the 5th gen aircraft first and then go back to the 4--- 4.5 gen aircraft---.

It will also give it enough time to develop the JF 17 blk 3 as well.

There are a couple of things that have changed-----. @Zarvan brought my attention to a thread started by Usama---I believe---regarding the F15 Silent eagle----with a new configuration of 16 BVR missiles on the wings and underbody with conformal fuel tanks designed by Boeing believe.

The F 15 would be guided by the F22 and the F 35 towards the target---the same can be done with the JF 17's. If it can be designed to carry 6 BVR missiles---then you have taken care of some of the problems facing the air defense of the country.

By going for the F 35---you are going to take the initiative away from the enemy. If it was me----I would rather have 2 sqdrn's of F35's than 4 sqdrn's of J11d's or SU35's.

You guys are being upset at why this change in game plan----why d I keep bringing different scenarios-----. I guess you people might come across some news in the near or distant future.

So---til then--- I am not going to say anything else---. Just wanted to let you guys know---if India was a litte more aggressive last year---the deal for the J10B's was done----.

To those who are roaming around the air force bases----please look for 2 of them------.

If Pakistan could get F-35 it might as well go for F-22. The US doors for Pakistan aren't as wide as they are for assrahell or india, why is it that difficult for some people to comprehend? Yes, negotiations can commence, there's no harm in that but they will remain negotiations till these birds become pretty much obsolete. It's a clever way of wasting precious time by holding a carrot that is never meant to be given.

An aircraft is not only the reason to ruin or not ruining the the relations with a country...Dear Brother though America will not offer this aircraft to India but they are increasing cooporation with India in other military fields and you will be shocked to know what American people think about Pakistan also the Pakistani People living in America..What they think about us....Suddenly US Denied for giving F-Sola to Pakistan and supported India in NSG.Obama himself said IGVE INDIA NSG MEMEBERSHIP IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.Further yu know better that if a country has started developing relations with your enemy how dangerous it will be,,,

2-Why India will not procure F-35 while America will offer them.?
F-35 is currently in Developing and testing fase.No matter how bigger the country is (India) and how much stronger economy it has it is unable to deal with a lot of contracts at a time. Currently India is investing in Pak Fa.. Devloping Its TEJAS, Developing its 5th gen fighters like AMCA and FGFA, In talks with America for Boeing FA 18 Hornets, Ordered Rafale from France, In talks with Sweden for GRIPEN, May be in talks with Russia for Su-35> India has to maintain its large fleet of Sukhois,F-35 with all of these is not possible no matter howm much strong economy they have. They will surely have to refuse for F-35 till 2025.But I am not sure after that what wil happen.

Although the production costs have dropped 55 percent since the first F-35 was built. Still it is too costly.
The most recently contracted unit costs for Low Rate Initial Production lot 7 (not including the engine) are:

• F-35A: $98 million
• F-35B: $104 million
• F-35C: $116 million

An F-35A purchased in 2018 and delivered in 2020 will be $85 million, which is the equivalent of $75 million in today’s dollars.

Second of all, they ddnt give us the F-16s which is the old technology, how are they supposed to give us one of their best killing machines??

You need to correct your information---neither was F16 suddenly denied---nor were indians favored suddenly for NSG.

I agree with you...it is neither a sudden change or it has to do with the active diplomay by the terrorist Modi...It is a strategic shift that Pakistan's establishment has failed to recognise, it was there since two decades ago and things were moving in this direction but Pakistani establishment opt to ignore it for whatever the reasons but they did not act in time. Thanks to the divine support in the form China and the geo-political situation in the region that we are still managing to be relevant and important. They are still reluctant in making a big move towards Russia despite all these debacles one after the other is astonishing. While moving closer to Russia does not necessarily signifty that Pakistan does not want any relations with USA as India has been able to keep a balance between to two though it won't last long but still it benefitting from both in this transition phase.
