PAF & Rafale Story Will Not Go Away !

Everything you wrote in response to my post is almost all incorrect

You are welcome to visit Doha and meet that Active duty PAF squadron leader IP yourself to clearup any doubts you have or one Butt sahab whose a Air defense controller in QEAF

Just B/S. Curry munchers were flying BDF planes on the other side; we could have easily taken them down in those mosquitos that BDF were flying at the time.
Curry munchers like to make noise... maybe it is the spicy curry that makes them this way. whinners.

Fake news. Qatar didn't give Pakistani IP access to Rafael. Pakistani IP's are station in Qatar airbases to teach basic flying lessons. But not more than that.

Qatari pilots were sent to France to train on Rafaels. The same pilots who were flying Mirage-2000 before. If there were Pakistani Pilots in them, their pics would've been leaked by now

There's an active duty Squadron leader on deputation to Qatar Air force teaching them Basic Flying skills and with Mushaqs that qatar purchased, their focus is on them. Back in late 90's, early 2000's Ex F-16 pilots who got retired were teaching Qatari pilots to fly mirages and stuff. The pilot whose F-16 got damaged due to wild bore running across F-16 during take off, He was in Qatar for considerable time. But as the time progressed and end user agreements become evolved and more stringent, IP's must be qataris but once Rafael lands in Qatar which Pilot fly the Rafael is where the gray area lies.

Qatar has 2 seater Rafaels. PAF pilots can ride it as GIBS.
Correction. That F-16 was a write off. Far far a lot more than just damaged. Also that pilot never retired and went to Qatar (probably did on a deputation rather than on a contract) , he retired from service a few years ago.

GIBS is very possible as an unknown number who rode in Mirage 2000-5s.

I have nothing to do with Butt sahab or anyone else . I am talking about Pakistanis flying Rafael ... period .

The best way Pakistan can learn about Rafale and its abilities is to actually fly and train with QAF in Pakistan using our JF-17s and Mirages etc, similarly as we train with the Chinese and the Turks.

Having some pilots on deputation is of limited help.

I believe the first ever Rafale to be shot down will be from a PL-15 fired from a blk 3.

Frankly, PL-15 is our only chance at the Rafale because once it gets WVR, then it gets messy for the PAF and we'll have to loose more thunders for every Rafale shot down.

I read up on some of the disclosed capabilities of Rafale and apparently the Fighter has a sensor and EW suite that makes it virtually stealth to threats which means that the Jet is not easy to acquire on the radars or lock. The technology reminded of something I read about the F-16 vs F-22 exercises in which F-16 pilots said that even though they could see the F-22 with their eyes, their radars could not see the F-22 and hence they were unable to shoot it down.........there was only 1 F-22 shot down in that exercise and that was with a cannon; the ratio was 122:1 in favor of the F-22 and even the F-16 that eventually shot down the F-22 was allowed to re-spawn in the middle of the battle after being shot down itself.

There is a possibility that PAF will ask QEAF to have PAF pilots as GIBS. No PAF IP went to France to train on Rafael. Whoever told you that, was misleading on purpose. Period

If the F-22 raptor cannot be seen on radar, then it can be seen and targeted like this, issue is getting close enough to make a kill.

Watch 0:28 onwards
