There is a big reason for that too. India and Pakistan monitor each other very closely. We actually do know if they cleaned their aircraft or not(and vice versa) but we have little or no intelligence as such on US activities.

Thats a symptom of a bigger problem. Pakistan's belief that India is the sole enemy. When you make your defence so much focused on one single foe that happens.
