Look man , there are two systems

1- Civilian -> Regular courts / Supreme court (Kiyon Nikala like Judgements)
2- Military -> Military police / Court Marshal (Super Strict and Brutal)

When you Join Military you officially come under the Juresdiction of Military Tribuneral in case of any wrong doing, allegation. They have no bail out , they have no mercy , they have no excuses. You did something wrong you are offcially in Big Trouble

A military person seizes to be a civilian as soon as they are comissioned in Armed forces

But since he is deceased so and his Wife is a Civilian not an Armed Personnel. Therefore she will file a lawsuit in Civil Court. You cannot file a Case in Military Court.

There are many Officers in the Army and PAF who did massive corruption but are living a great life without any sort of punishment. So why this guy? I am totally against corruption but things aren't so simple as they're shown.

Any findings are disclosed as facts end of proceedings or post investigation and are generally final

He didn't receive a court martial. He was a serving officer during the time of death. You aren't getting my point brother. His widow doesn't believe that he committed suicide while PAF stresses that he hanged himself. Now that's where the conflict is. Military Court won't be interested to investigate since they believe it was a suicide.

If PAF found corruption charges against that fella , then they must have had good reason why would they otherwise waste the money spent to train a officer to bring bogus charges against anyone.

PAF or Military are within their rights to examine , investigate and Share their fact finding mission for their internal matters

If Military states it was suicide it was suicide

Heard about Gen Asif Nawaz? Everybody knows he was poisoned by the powerful Brigadier Imtiaz. His widow was crying to all the senior generals that please investigate but no one listened to her. As I said, things aren't simple

As I said there are no perks and privileges in such cases even if you are a decorated general so probably the wife surely is struggling with difficulties. This is what the widow is accusing . The military inquiries are speedy and transparent even a general cannot get away.
