Looks official. Though if I may make a recommendation, it would be neat if the eagle was holding something symbolic in it's claws.

It doesn't have to be, just don't use the same objects in the claws as the American eagle, use some other items. Still too Americanish?

Yes this is the first draft so wanted to to be as original as possible, changed the head cuz i couldn't bear the old one, also the farsi font is different
Later i wanna bring in more creativity, revamp the font, falcon and the star even, and hope Pakistan Air Force would adopt it for 1000 rupees haha
can anyone help me with "whats those two flowers supposed to be on either side of the falcon, they dont suit there
laters...
