Meet Group Captain Faheem Ahmed, one of the heroes of operation swift retort.
G/C Faheem Ahmed was one of the Mirage pilots who delivered PAF's stand off weapons against the Indian Army targets on 27th Feb. For this the officer has been rewarded the Tamgah_e_Jurat.

. . . .
Very good. But the people who designed these accurate and highly advanced weapons that can rattle up the enemy with one touch button should also be recognised and awarded.
Yes but then the Israeli 'Spice 2000' are meant to be just as accurate and deadly but in the wrong hands, they proved to be nothing more than a DRDO product....so it's also the man behind the trigger that matters.

. . . .
You mean the South Africans?
H-4s are designed and manufactured in Pakistan.

Where did I take away any credit from the operator/pilot?

. . .
That is incorrect it maybe manufactured in Pakistan but they were certainly not designed by Pakistan. The Raptor series is designed by Denel Dynamics.
Design and manufactured by Pakistan, and based on Raptor series of glide bombs, South Africa never exported any Raptor serious glide bombs to Pakistan @valkyr_96

.
H-4 is not raptor
It is referred to as Denel Raptor II glide bomb.

South Africa does not have to export kits....it is very likely that there has been a transfer of technical knowledge. In fact, it is very likely, as discussed on this forum, that following the retaliatory strikes across the border Pakistan conducted a test of the Raptor 3.

TOT means nothing to do with research and development/manufacturing conducted by Pakistan rather then in South Africa (innovation/improvement) there is no Raptor-3 in Pakistan you're just assuming, only REK for JF-17 and H-2/H-4 for Mirages based on Raptor-1/2, if they were tested your imaginary Raptor-3 or i assume H-6, then first they test in a testing range/ground rather then used this your proposed weapons/glide bombs in real war situation @valkyr_96

I did not say it was used on the 27th, but during a test following it (learn to read)....the video and its discussion is available here on pdf. I will not be entertaining you any further.
