no that is not amram chasing mig-21. Amraam are tiny compared to an aircraft and are not visible at high altitude and also a burning aircraft from that altitude will be completely destroyed by the time it hits the ground.
The video probably shows two PAF fighters doing some high altitude maneuvers.

We have soldiers who were sent back with their tongues chopped off by Indian forces. Story of Maqbool Hussain is one of hundreds where our soldiers were subjected to war crimes.
