PA is interested in so many platform of helos and acquiring all of them in various numbers.
Z10- 3 received and being tested.
Ah1z- contracted was done back in few years and will start getting deliveries in late 2017.
T-129- There are rumors, is being tested in Pakistan by PA.
Mi-35-Contract was done for four and reports are there that PA is interested to increase initial number of units.
Mi 28NM- PA showed interest as well

Is Pakistan going to receive Ah1z. There is always a dout. U never know when US gona impose senctions on u.

It does look out of Star Wars but it is a less than optimal design. But given the probable price I'm sure it's great bang for the buck.

Here in the US the push right now is in making HMDS smaller and lighter. Eventually they want to move all the hardware they can off the helmet. As you can imagine that giant weight on your head is very bad for your neck, especially if you're in a fighter jet pulling g's or God forbid ejecting.

We are already making the basic and prime trainers and advanced fighter jets either bilaterally or as in joint ventures, it's time this scope was extended to utility and gunship helicopters as well as transport planes.

A country that produces SLCM and MRIV BMs and the Thunders... must produce its own dedicated gunships and utility choppers.... if you don't then really only one to blame is your gov!

Your good armed forces would need at least 500 of rotary birds in the coming decade... so I say, get going on with it.

Whatever you can produce locally is a BIG plus.

The choice of the dedicated attack chopper has to be locall production and in great numbers. Utility/trasport will follow in parrallel.
