I should know. I work for Airbus. We build satellites, landed on titan, orbit mars and venus, landed on a comet, constructed the mirror of Hubble and so on.

We plan a rover which lands on Mars in 4 years and a mission to europa. ESA is world leading space agency and on one step with NASA.

The EU is a superstate. It would be laughable to have parallel systems, wouldn´t it?

Not one national space agency alone would be able to do what ESA does. Landing on the comet for example is a 15 year mission with a budget of 1 bilion €. The costs of Rosetta are enormous and more expensive than any other mission. It would bind italian space agency for years on this single project. Through ESA we could send orbiter to Mars, Mercury, Jupiter and Venus, plan a Mars Rover for next years and so on at the same time.

Its important to do as much as possible and push the limits. Evry single ESA nation is capable to build evrything alone. But that would be laughable nonsense

My friend Canada, Australia & New Zealand and countless islands all over the globe are part of British commonwealth hence British territory. Governor Generals are head of the states appointed by British monarch's. EU, arab league etc are completely different entity.

then apparently you have not net the outback white trash mum in Australia, the one who have 7 kids becore turning 25.

Infact Asian population is not growing as much since the government amended the immigration law, the birth rate of australia is at a larger than positive.
