india did send an orbiter. Somthing Wenrnher von Braun was able to do actually even 50 or 60 years ago.

We landed on a comet last year and on Saturns moon Titan. Come back when you achieve something like this.

Please do a comparison between GDP per capita, literacy rate, life expectancy, and health care benefits of the respective countries before engaging in such ridiculous commentary.

I must correct myself. The GDP per person in italy is 28370 $ per year. India is 1165 . That means the average italian earns 24,5 times more money than an indian.

Von Braun was one of thousands of people that worked in NASA. He also had nothing to do with probes, rovers or satellites, that was not his expertise. By himself Von Braun could do nothing.
