Our Drs our limited to diagnostics and surgery only. Here, they can learn a lot and research, plus they get frequent new training and familiarised with modern methods.

In Pakistan, teachers get no training. Here, you get a lot of certifications like how to teach, how to supervise, how to teach kids, how to teach disabled/special people, etc. Even PhDs in Pakistan don't do sophisticated research.

All in all, they get the jewels from Pakistan, polish them, add more pearls on them and let the jewel decide whether to stay or go back.

The only downfall is that the braindrain takes away agitated or unfit people from a country.

2. Stop supporting Pakistani origin Textiles. Protest big American Western Retailers like Walmart from selling Pakistani origin garments by declaring Human Rights Violation (terrorism) by the Pakistani Establishment.
3. Stop sending money through official money Remittances.
4. STOP SENDING ZAKAT or other charity to Pakistan.
5. Stop traveling to Pakistan to visit your corrupt relatives.
6. Stop marrying from Pakistan.
