So, given how the illegality of military courts to try civilians was pretty obvious to any half decent legal expert, how did the CJCSC, Naval and Air Force chiefs sign off on it in the National Security Council?

We all know that Overlord Asim Munir and the PDM leadership are a bunch of psychopaths and mentally unstable, but how did the other chiefs and CJCSC go along and sign off on Military Courts for civilians?
