There will be limitations in Indo-Iranian cooperation as long as US keeps offering treaties and the like which are humungously beneficial to us.
However India will revert back to Iran for much greater cooperation as soon as these end. Our ties -economic and cultural - are too deep and Iran's location too important for this.

This is a really difficult situation for India , to maintain good relations with US/Israel and at the same time preserve our historically good ties with Iran which we cannot give up at any cost.

Hope things improve between Iran and the West ASAP.
