After the government’s no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Opposition has unified to oust the Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar by bringing a no-trust move against him, said the sources.
According to the sources, the Opposition has contacted the Punjab Assembly secretariat to know the procedures regarding the move.

Earlier, PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz had visited PTI disgruntled leader Jahangir Tareen’s residence where he discussed the political future with the members of the Tareen group.
The sources said the members of the Tareen faction said they are mentally ready to separate themselves from the PTI government.
Sources had also said that the Tareen group members had sought assurance from the PML-N leader that they will be given a ticket from their party in the next general elections. They had also assured the Opposition that they would stand with them if they decide to oust Buzdar.

Punjab give nothing to exchequer. They just get most from NFC based upon population.

Punjab pays all electricity bills, Gas bills, water bills with maximum Taxes to Federal Government. Lahore alone contributes paid over Rs 300 billion yearly just in Taxes to Federal Government. LoL thats just Karachi you are mentioning. But am talking about whole of Punjab, Punjab total contribution you need to study hard, which is nearly 70% to Pakistan Economy. Karachi contribution in city by city is no doubt 40%, Lahore 20% and Islamabad 19%. But if you calculate closely Punjab has over 58 to 60 cities. Sum up total income contribution from 60 cities of Punjab, Karachi or Sindh, KPK, Balochistan are far far left behind. They can not match 70% income and money contribution in Pakistan's Economy!

Last time some member here told that around 70% of Pakistan's income is generated by Karachi, now it is Lahore. Let's wait for the percentage of Peshawar, Quetta, and Gilgit. If we are so rich then what is the issue with Pakistan?

PTI is a minority government therefore it was extremely important to keep the party members and the allies together. Apparently Imran Khan has failed to do so. For example if a large section of his party is unhappy with Buzdar; why couldn't be preplaced as Chief Minister of Punjab?

Problem in Pakistan is the 'Hero worship' of the leader by the some of the members of his own party that's why all the commotion.

Coalition govt getting toppled is normal everywhere.
But in Pakistan, huge sum of ill gotten money, blackmailing and provincial and regional cards are used. Weird thing is that more corruption, easy it is ignored.
In Pakistani system the level of corruption has become gold standard, otherwise no issue one govt loosing majority and other govt come in the same parliament. Happened so many times in Japan not so long ago.
