For vassal states this sort of independent political action is just unthinkable,they simply do not have the political freedom of action that non vassal states have,and I imagine that if they were ever so foolish as to forget that very important little fact then they would be very swiftly and firmly reminded of it in a way that would leave them with no room for doubt on that particular score.
I mean can anyone seriously imagine saudi and the gulfies standing up to america and the west?,....well not so long as the current crop of sclerotic stinky old sheiks are still in power that is..[lol!]
