Khyber Update: 11x Terrorists were killed and 4 injured when 8x Terrorist hideouts close to Pak-Afghan border were destroyed in precision air strikes and synchronised ground operation today at Babar Kachkol, Naray Nao, and Tor Sapar areas, Rajgal in Khyber Agency.

I just hope that some of those strikes take place across the border as well. Enough of this passive approach.

I can see that to happen soon or later after all those demands of D.C to do more against terrorism yet that is the area concern of NATO.

They demand more because there is no one here to give a shut up call specially when we are ones that are hit from terrorism emerging from Afghanistan right under the nose of US and NATO. Mullah FM is still in Afghanistan as is other bastards. Afghanistan is already dancing on Indian tunes, heck they have the audacity to actually toe the Indian line on Balochistan while our pathetic government is sleeping, not one word from our beloved PM.
Army has to step up to fill the vacuum. The government still has two more years so nothing can be done on that account however where ever the government fells shot, army should step up and this is one area where we demand from the army to step up. Afghanistan has been allowed to remain hostile for far too long. They should had been put to their place a long time ago and what better way than to let them know that they wont be able to hide anti Pakistan elements in Afghanistan for long. We need to display the capability that we can do that and we dont need americans to do it for us. Imagine the message that this will send to our enemies. India has only stepped up his game. We need to do ours as well.

Well the irony is, our diplomatic front is failed in many areas whereby political office is not competent enough to describe the ongoing op, the problems and needs. Rest about Military, doing good or I would say doing more than on few occasion like sometimes it is COAS that doing the extra job of Political government.

IMO, initially we are going through the phase of Inside Cleaning and Security then we can focus to do something like go out in limited time, do the needful and come back but for the moment, the security is much needed. I think as soon as we are done with necessary cleansing, then we can step-up the game however, a message to NATO/US to do their job is must but unfortunately we lacks the gutsy leadership. Our "Limited Outside Op" need to be meant for our own interests. More of them terrorists in the same valley are dispatched recently but it is far out of competency of current government to present the case in a better manners but seems like they are more promised with their own goals and wealth wishes etc. The representation on diplomatic front is the job of Government and in our case, NS & Co expects every Media presentation in WoT by Military otherwise we would have achieved much.

Rajgal valley is t is ten miles (16 km) long, four to five miles (8 km) at its widest, and has an elevation of 5,000 ft (1,500 m). After this area is secured , probably Parachinar will become more safer if the militants dont escape to it rather get circled and destroyed.

Kohat is not far away so supplies and med evac shouldnt be a problem. FC will be in full swing again along with regulars of Pakistan Army.

I hope PA has become smart enough to not to loose large number of good man uselessly like they did in during Kidney Ridge Ambush in 2015. The large number of SSG man and the Infantry man we lost in 2014 Tirah agency push an last but not the least these two course mates and best mates lost their lives in tirah Ops

We have learnt a lot since the start of OP though lost many precious lives but were not in vain yet the strategies are developed and tactics are applied successfully hence progress in the OP and less damage at our end.

why not PA and PAF are deploying Drones with IR and Heat-seeking and with Satellites to remotely monitor the rough Areas where sending Soldiers and maintaining them there is hard... and if someone is spotted in crossing the Durand Line with weapons than Drones are enough to send them to their beloved God..

If it were that easy the likes of US wouldn't have boots on the ground. it's not just a question of monitoring, the scumbags often hiding in their rat holes need to be flushed out, sometimes their hideouts are difficult to see from ground let alone from air.
