This is a fail jai hindi bindi propaganda. Good building in China moves because of earth pressures like design and it doesn't collapse but shown like it's a problem. Buildings designed for this in earthquake prone areas.
Says Chini engineering is bad despite this being example of lateral force engineering.

Sure and all the tens of thousands are fine and this building moving didn't collapse because it is designed to move like all high floor structures. They all move with wind even during regular days. The delta between top and bottom surveyed points can be up to +/-50mm depending on structure and height.
Indian engineering always impress everyone. Hmmm but so far it has shown nothing.
