Pakistan and Indian Army and very other army worth its salt fight with certain frame work rules and they are internationally recongonzied nation states forces, Osama and all other s**t heads are those who are not, they are no different than a street level gang.Would you listen to the rules set by police of the state or the street gang in your neighbourhood.

I am not stating what US or Israel or any other state does is right, If you dont like it go to war, declare war and go to war like an army, not bomb some building , buses or areoplanes.
