UPDATED: One person is reported dead and five people injured after a person wearing a mask entered a school in Trollhättan in west Sweden, carrying a knife.

Police told the Swedish news agency TT that there was "considerable confusion" at the school, which both students and staff had been swiftly asked to vacate.

An hospital source told TT shortly after 11.45am that one of the victims had died from their injuries. And reports suggest up to five people, including the suspect, have been injured on the premises.

A police source said at 11am that the suspect had been killed but Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter swiftly cited hospital officials reporting that he remained alive.

"We have a number of people injured," said Stefan Gustafsson from the region's police force told TT.

"What exactly it is about, we have no answer to right now," said Gustafsson.

Stefan Benhage, a photographer for local newspaper TTELA has told the publication that there is "complete chaos" at the school and described pupils sobbing at the scene.

A large number of police cars and ambulances are in the area.

Around 400 pupils are understood to be taught at the school, aged between six and fifteen.

Trollhättan is an industrial town in west Sweden, located around 75km north of Gothenburg, the nation's second largest city.

He was dressed similar to Darth Vader according to newspapers, - not really.
At first the students thought it was a prank, and he posed for a picture.

Then he attacked a teacher that requested him to leave, and started knocking on doors,
attacking those that opened the door. Teacher and one of the student died.
When the police arrived, they shot him dead.
The identity of the perpetrator is now known, but not the motive.
Some claim he was anti immigrant, but evidence is weak.

Local media have reported that the suspect's accounts on Facebook and YouTube suggest an interest in Hitler and Nazi Germany. In a photo given to media by a student at the school, he appears to be wearing a black trench coat and a helmet resembling those worn by German troops in World War Two.

The assailant was a 21-year-old man from Trollhattan.
Police have not disclosed his identity nor any further information about him or the motive for the attack.
He did not have a criminal record and was not known to police, said law enforcement officials as police searched his home for clues.
However, Swedish news agency TT and daily Expressen reported that he had a YouTube account where he posted material glorifying Hitler and Nazi Germany and critical of Islam and immigration to Sweden.
The anti-racism magazine Expo meanwhile said its police sources said they were investigating a "political motive".

Halloween is just around the corner. Students probably thought it was a kid who got his costume a bit earlier.

Meanwhile it has emerged that a school assistent jumped onto the attacker when he was starting his killing spree, dying in the process but probably saving a number of other lives around him as well. The guys name is Lavin Eskander.

Such attacks make the security forces to be more cautious but the problem is this that the people in Europe make legal immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers as the problem but in reality they are facing hybird war after the events in Ukraine, nordic and Baltics etc along the Russian Borders.

On one hand these Governments talks about International law and on other hand international laws are broken on daily basis and lifes are made hell of even legal immigrants even when the Survelliance is being placed round the clock when the immigrants will be clean since years.

Survelliance Systems are for the security and to defend soveriginity and territorial intergity but the problem is this that the Survelliance systems are used to make legal immigrants guilty without any reasons.


I think in India, South East Asia, GCC and Africa. Way more European citizens live with full rights but now all that will change on ground.

Indian Government should look for the safety of all the Indian citizens specially in Europe because European citizens doesnt want to understand that India is one of the strongest nation and in case of any full scale war, Indian establishment will work for humantrianan help.

My life has been made a living hell since the past 10 years and i am worried about my 2 little daughters who completely looks like Indian girls.

Who cares what he watched? Why get all personal? Whats next? Suspect drank Starbucks coffee and used gel products on his hair? He made a stupid decision. No need to leak his lifestyle to the public or say he was lonely. Keep these things out of the public reach as it will pain his family .

Next is that Police found connections to racist organisation.
The victims were all immigrants. he did not attack students looking Swedish.

Perhaps he was starting a private Intifada against "illegal" immigrants.
After all, noone asked him if they should be allowed into the country.
Then some people think it is OK to attack.
