What's new

Once you’re Pakistani, there is no going back to India

It is applicable to any permutation and combination of nationalities. Even here, it is applicable to "ANY" dual nationals with one of the nationality being pakistan (hence any nationals).
And we are back to singling out 1 = discrimination....Like I said earlier I rest my case anything after is pure denial as it is repeating the same chest pounding pride in discrimination!

Nope. Sorry. It is applicable to any permutation and combination of nationalities. Even here, it is applicable to "ANY" dual nationals with one of the nationality being pakistan (hence any nationals).
Whether they chose to or not is completely irrelevant. What matters is what they are. I am sure we never chose our own initial nationality, no one ever does that..

One wonders where were all these criticizers of Indian policy hiding when Kuwait banned visas for all Pakistanis?

It is the sovereign right of any state to formulates its visa policies as it sees fit, including Kuwait and India.

You don't have a case. Singling out 1 is not "discrimination". It is like saying a man/women is discriminating against others just because he/she chooses only 1 person as life partner when there were many others interested..

This is so wrong, Pakistan was carved out of india only because Muslims of pre-partition india did NOT wanted to live in or be associated with india, so when we abandoned india, we became Pakistani. now brood on that.

 Yeah, you should brood on that. So many Pakistani origin people wanting to go to India & complaining about visa......even went to the extent of petitioning the White House....

You mean so many American Pakistani wanting to visit their relatives....Nothing wrong with that...Of course indians find something wrong in ANYTHING Pakistanis do :tsk:

I already answered this....
Due to your lack of information you can say this: Singling out 1 is not "discrimination"

But in reality it is this:
Discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit.

However, if someone only chooses to abort female fetus - even that is termed discrimination....

Choosing 1 person as a life partner is not equal to discriminating ONE NATION!

I think comments from indians here should be in stupid and funny section! :woot:

You repeat the same thing. What if a woman (or a man) agrees to talk/be friends with rest of the world and not with pakistanis? Is it discrimination? no? The first basics of deciding discrimination is establishing right to equality. If you can't do that, may be your comments should go in stupid and funny section.

It is not in US but in India because in India we have extended right to the female fetus not to be discriminated against but US has not.
from UNICEF - "In a recent landmark judgment the Mumbai High Court upheld an amendment to the PCPNDT Act banning sex selection treatment. The Court pronounced that pre natal sex determination would be as good as female foeticide. Pre-conception sex determination violated a woman’s right to live and was against the Constitution, it said. - See more at: Female foeticide in India | UNICEF"

You repeat the same thing.
And what new input have you added apart from denial of the obvious?
The first basics of deciding discrimination
Which according to the rest of the world are which india is practicing...

And the thread IS about india discriminating...and even know you the meaning of discrimination....your denial is really a syndrome or natural talent?

I have asked you to prove the first basic of discrimination, that is to show anyone has the right not be discriminated based on nationality while applying for visa.
Which according to the rest of the world are which india is practicing...
Then your definition of world is wayyy tooo small. Disregarding the aspect that all nations "discriminate" based on nationality while issuing visa, even US and UK have clarified that India has the right to put any condition for any nation/person for issuing visa. They have in fact agreed to Indian stand...
And the thread IS about india discriminating...and even know you the meaning of discrimination....your denial is really a syndrome or natural talent?
I wish you did... until a person has right to equality, can not be any discrimination. Unfortunately for you, no one has that right when applying for Indian visa...Can't you understand this basic fact or just trying to say something for the sake of it?

Well at least you admited your nation is discriminating...

Rest I dont care...I rest my case ...

. . .
Me or the denial turned acceptance?
Double quote has some meaning. All your high pitched "protest against discrimination" would have carried some weight if your own nation did not discriminate based on religion while issuing passports or visas.

Discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit.
In your own words, what does "merit" mean? Doe it mean only people who scored top of the class should be issued visas? what is the "merit" for visa?
Again, for a job interview, if the "criteria" is HSC passed and above, is that discrimination? What if it is Ph.D only? discrimination against non-Ph.D holders?
Forget all these, what if you say admittance to your house is open to all but citizens of X nation, is that discrimination?

"Racial Discrimination
To treat differently a person or group of people based on their racial origins. Power is a necessary precondition, for it depends on the ability to give or withhold social benefits, facilities, services, opportunities etc., from someone who should be entitled to them, and are denied on the basis of race, colour or national origin.

And again, why is anybody "entitled" to get Indian visa?

There are issues with attitudes on both sides. a delegation of 250 Pakistani-Americans went to India and even this caused a lot of controversy:
