I thought they were slowing down on it? I heard about the funding from a couple of Indian guys who used to work for me that they and many other Tamils wanted their independent country due to their history and cultural richness, etc.

I am a Tamil , I have never come across anyone who wanted a separate country for Tamils. I simply wonder how people in this forum run into all sorts of Indian Separatist's on a regular basis.
