Oman says time to accept Israel in region, offers help for peace

You make no sense.

Owning land legally is not the same as having the right to declare your own independent state.

Palestinians are natives of Palestine and so the question of them settling in other Arab/Muslim countries is silly as that is not their land.

Pakistan is the same as Palestine? lol
Present day Pakistanis are natives of the land whereas vast majority of Jews settled in Palestine cannot trace any more than 1-2 generations of habitation of the land.
You make it sound like as if the course of history is black and white, ignoring lot of realities in the process.

WARS and POLITICS have altered ground realities of any region and redefined landscapes from time-to-time. Natural interventions are also a contributing factor at times.

Modern state of Israel did not emerge out of the blue; this was an organic development propelled by several events over the course of time. We need to come to terms with these facts.

Pakistan did not emerge out of the blue either; this was also an organic development propelled by several course of events over the course of time. Pakistan and India still have unresolved problem in Kashmir.

Perhaps you take some time to read history of Palestine before jumping to conclusions - clean and concise history [free of distortions]. And no! Every Jew cannot migrate to Israel.

Two-State solution only.

Every Jew can migrate to Israel. They will deny the right of return for Palestinian refugees but will fund the supposed 'return' of a Russian Jew whose ancestry is Russian.

.
Jews have inhabited Palestine throughout the ages since the original Hebrews migrated to the region. I am presenting facts which some are too brainwashed to digest.

World War II altered the calculus of the region once again and the modern State of Israel emerged from the ruins - an organic course of development under the circumstances of the time. Now the issue is how to address ongoing Palestine - Israel conflict.

World changes and we need to tag along or risk extinction.
Many groups lived in Palestine before Jews did, do these groups thus have a right to move to Israel and take over?

Most Israelis have absolutely zero connection to the Middle East or to Palestine, their ancestors are fully European and never set foot in Palestine. But these people have more right to live in Palestine than actual Palestinians whose ancestors were born and raised there. And you are defending this for some reason, either because you are stupid or scared of the Jews.

The Europeans establishing an ethno-state for Jews on Palestinian land to apologise for a European genocide that occurred in Europe was far from "an organic course of development".

But of course a lot of it has happened and cannot turn back so we must look forward. To the only solution remaining: a bi-national Israel-Palestine one-state.

Good overview in this link: https://int.icej.org/susans-blog/did-jews-steal-palestinians’-land

Not keen to argue with Iranians over this matter! Iranians desire nothing less than utmost destruction of Israel which is not a feasible goal.

After the Jewish revolt Tiberius expelled all Jews from Palestine in 70ad.There were no Jews there after that. The same happened after the Babylonian conquest.
Small amounts of Jews moved back after then, in muslim times they were free to do so. By the time of the British they were a very small minority.

Organic course of development? You mean transplanting millions of Poles and Russians to a land that their grandparents had never been to and didn't speak Hebrew?

The Crusader kingdom of Jeruselam lasted just over a hundred years? For that time it was 'a reality'. Then on one day at the battle of Haittin it disapeared. The current 'reality' of Israel depends on the US as a super power. A country that produced 50% of the world's GDP now produces 18%, and the figure is heading south. Let's see how long this 'reality' lasts.

Sometime defeat for bigger cause is better than a win for a personal gain. Here you win in the argument. Now get lost I am not going to play your sectarian game to benefit Israel.

As i said.. i will get lost when i wish, as you see repeating same is not helping!
You lost argument when you get personal and start with acquisitions.
I just posted two line reality to the obvious hypocrisy.
Again, i don't care weather you shout genocide or order target killers.

You are letting your natural hatred of Islam colour your objectivity.

You killed the possibility of any conversation between us right with this statement. Have a nice day.

I wonder what is Israel offering for the peace, back in the day camp david with Arafat they offered a open prison. So lets wait and see how that gulfies are selling Palestine:-).

They are testing the waters for when Saudis accept openly there relationship with Isreal

I have literally just said "we must look forward. To the only solution remaining: a bi-national Israel-Palestine one-state".

That's a pretty mainstream view, but if you prefer to misrepresent my views to avoid me continuing to embarrass you with my superior knowledge and intellect then I understand.

The world's First Zionist congress was held in Zurich (?). The reason for this was that the original venue Berlin (?) couldn't be used because of protests from local Jews.

I will edit my post. I want you in the ring.

Many Jews opposed formation of the modern state of Israel; American Jews in particular.

I just pointed out a reality that Jews have ancient stakes in Palestine, and we - as neutral observers - need to respect their sentiments.

Does it ever occur to a fellow Muslim that entire Palestine was under British control prior to formation of Israel since the split of Ottoman Empire? During this time, Palestine did not even exist as a legitimate state but was just a British colony like many other.

During the era of Colonization and World Wars, thousands of Jews migrated from Europe to Palestine over time (1896 - 1948) and not only purchased property over there but significantly contributed to the economic activity of the region. These migrations and resultant settlements are legitimate just like Pakistani community in the UK. Arabs in nearby regions (not Palestinians) opposed these migrations on political grounds and clashes erupted from time-to-time. By the end of World War II, British Empire raised this issue in UN and the latter decided to split Palestine into two countries. State of Israel emerged from this split in organic fashion.

However, neighboring countries decided to take matters into their own hands and attacked Israel, only to suffer defeat with an expanded Israel being the outcome. Huge number of Palestinians suffered displacement in the process, and continue to suffer to this day.

As I pointed out earlier, we need to look at these course of events objectively. I would be really happy if Palestine - Israeli conflict is resolved for long-term. Use of Force is tried and tested, and does not work.

So what should we do? Negotiations is the way forward. Israeli PM visiting Oman is a step in the right direction.

This is not many Jews who opposed Israel but these are the native Jews who opposed Israel and this proves there was no concept of Israel. It is a European myth.
