OIC countries are ruled by spineless cowards who have no vision , cannot even run their own countries properly let alone helping Rohinga through a military force which needs rock solid economy and grit resolve.
If OIC countries were to get together hypothetically speaking , a combined military force would be extremely hard to muster under a single command as Turk won't work under a Persian , Persians wont work under Saudis , Egyptians won't work under Qatar , Bangladesh wont work under Pakistan , so on and so forth. That is the biggest issue as OIC has no previous experience with working in such environment.
But lets imagine they were to achieve the unthinkable unity and commit military resources, overlooking all differences then all is possible , practically possible. In such a scenario , Bangladesh would have to house air fleet of a number of countries ie , Saudis , Turks , Pakistan , Iran , other GCC countries , Egypt etc. Three Squadrons of Saudi F-15Es , Turkish F-16Cs , Pakistani F-16Cs , UAE's Desert Falcons , Qatari Mirage 2000s , Iranian Fulcrums backed by Saudi E-3 , Turkish ECM , Refulers , Pakistani Saab Erie etc.Above countries when put together have every possible weapon you can imagine necessary to achieve air superiority. AGM-88 HARMs , AMRAAMs , AIM-9X , ALCMs ie Storm Shadow , Ra'ad etc.
If , strictly hypothetically speaking , it was to happen , Burmese air force won't last more than 24 hours. Saudi F-15s alone can knock out their entire air fleet. But the issue gets bigger as then such an attack would become long term responsibility , the Arakan would have to be annexed to Bangladesh or made an autonomous territory which has implications of its own. An Army would have to be deployed , a Rohinga Military would have to be raised , trained and armed. Permanent OIC Air bases would have to be established with an air support commitment which may last decades.
All in all , its all well and truly possible , but the million dollar question is , who is going to bell the cat , who will bring such organization and unity ? , i highly doubt we are at that stage yet , so hard luck for Rohingas !
