Yes it is Burqa (বোরকা/বোরখা) . And Purdah is পর্দা in bengali , the covering system of women imposed by modern western paid mullahs . So basically I believe that three piece for women ( Salwar , Kamiz and orna ) are perfect covering dress if you use it full sleeve and use a big orna so with that you can cover your bosom and head too . Well if nowadays if a woman do not want to cover head , I do not see any problem . All you need not to show off and that's enough IMO . Days are changing and Islam is well established now and not new religion like past days . So slight difference from scriptures does not make anyone bad .
