Observation regarding ISI Chief

One observation. I've never seen ISI Chief on 23rd March event. Once Kiyani was with Gen Musharaf but that moment when Musharaf removed his uniform and Kiyani became COAS. Any reason why each and every single Chief and head of other departments of Defence participated but neva saw ISI Chief on 23rd March Event ?

All the Chiefs and Joint Staff Chairman attend the event. ISI does not participate in the 23rd March, so the DG does not attend.

hahahaha.....they are same as any other human being, if they stand out among the public then he isn't an operator.....if you ever come across a person who is on Surveillance duty, you will say to yourself....is he the operator am supposed to be afraid of?? there built is normal, not too skinny, not too fat....a physic you get from eating all those veggies, dal & chai

we used to have some Family friends , long time ago ... when i was kid , their son's join army , and later he give me his Original badges , and make a special uniform for me as kid
later , we didnt have much contact with them , the last news i heard about him that he was promoted to some Brigadier level , in Military Intelligence ... and after that , there is no contact with him ... i dont even know that if he remember's me or not ..
i was very passionate about going into Army..

he was very fit as i remember very little about him .. but i dont know how much ISI and MI is different ...

ISI is the department of Army so the head should be their not the head of the department,.. Have you ever see DGMO, AVM, etc..

the reason of this thread is very simple where is ISI chief in such important event.

He is safeguarding the chain of command and the nuclear controls by being in in a secure place, as it should be, during such a public event.

Because the ISI is not a part of the Armed Forces. It is not a defence service.

Because its an OFFENSE service
