Justice system cannot be based on the wishes of the victim's family.

I truly feel for the loss to the family but do not feel that killing the killer helps in the end.

It means God forbid in future if someone rapes your loved one, then wont be you be demanding any severe punishment like death penalty. Am i right ?

It does not matter what my personal feelings are as a wronged person cannot be the one to administer punishment.
I want humanity to go to a place where one person does not hurt another.

Mercy for a criminal is injustice for the victim.
