If true, then I hope the Russian pilot is safe.
This is war anyway so such tragic stuffs often happen.
British pilot and RAF navigator John Nichol was shot down over Iraq during the Gulf War,Captured, tortured and displayed on Iraqi TV as a hostage with John Peter, they narrowly avoided execution on the orders of saddams son Qusay. His Tornado squadron was based on the island of Bahrain and carried out bombing raids on iraqis airfields and positions on the eve of the war by the U.S and U.K to evict Saddam Hussein’s troops from Kuwait
