Was giving it a thought for a while that UNHRC must conduct Nuremberg style Trials for IA officer and Indian leaders for the genocide it committed on the orders of their political masters sitting in delhi in last 20 years.With the Discovery of graves for which current indian govt has refused to do DNA testing its now world's duty to see to it that culprits of kashmir genocides must be booked and tried accordingly like Nazis for their crimes against humanity in kashmir and elsewhere in india.

Let me make it clear two things those whom you call terrorists are freedom fighters from Azad kashmir and its not pakistan's territory so pakistan cant be blamed for it.all pakistan does is provide azad kashmir security from the hegemonic india and some moral support at UNO and at international arena.

frankly this is a bit too much.. comparing IA officers with Nazi war criminals.You speak without any definitive proof.If the voice of a mob has to be considered as truth,then everything the civilized society stands for goes for a toss.We dont live in an orderless society that an international body has to be called to make our own decisions.That would be taken as a complete breakdown of the Indian govt.Since that is not the case,anybody suggesting such action should be considered a possible enemy of the state.

The perpetrators will be brought to justice.

what did I tell you about living in a parallel universe created by the fabric of your imagination?It helps you to have sweet dreams at night as long as you dont open the door and hit the street.
Without any militancy issues in Kashmir,I dont see any reason,why the people of Kashmir would not be able to lead a normal happy and prosperous life like rest of the states of India.As a matter of fact,with militancy going down to almost zero in the past decade,life has been normalized there and the process of development has set in.Just a few days back,I was hearing the news of starting tube-rail in Kashmir.

BTW,just a few days back,just a few days back,a guy from my office moved in with me in my apartment.He hails from Kashmir.We have quite a great deal to talk about.

That they belong to the region? or who killed them ?For all that we know,they could have been killed by insurgents during the militancy era.How can you say for sure that they were killed by Indian Army? How did you reach this conviction?Taking sides without concrete knowledge is called being biased.

Many things like torture,human rights violation and can even prove the if the remains belongs to one of those thousands of men picked up by IA in middle of the night and then went missing for their relatives forever.

Do you support the Indian Army in this case? Do you think they were justified in carrying out these extra judicial killings and than dumping these bodies in mass graves? The fact that there was no official investigation and no individual was punished for these unspeakable crimes, does it not bother you? I was under the assumption that the Rule of Law applied equally to all citizens of India. Assuming that Kashmiris are integral part of India, shouldn't they be allowed to have the same rights as compared to that of someone living in Mumbai.
