well to all you guys let me make one thing on behalf of india very clear we are not dying to be NSG member's rather its the US which is desparate to make us one so it makes it easy for countries like US, France & russia & Japan to sell there nuclear rectors and related supplies more easily to us which since 2008 waiver they have to sell us in parts after much juristictions from international watchdogs but after we become NSG members they wont have to bother to show each and every document and recipet or tech & material tranfer to the watch dogs ... Got IT

though by 2008 even without being a part of NSG or NPT member we still can buy any Nuclear tech or material from USA , Russia , france , Japan or any other european supplier which wishes to sell us the same its only we cant resell it and they have to tell all the transactions to a international watchdog

We really think you guys are shooting yourselves in the foot. What have India's aggressive stance achieved in the international community? Nothing.

India thinks it can resort to the carrots and sticks strategy. Carrots and sticks doesn't work for even the US, why would it work for India?

Carrots and sticks shows the duplicity and petulance. They start off by singing praises for other nations. When they don't get their way, they become petulant and resort to threats.

This only exposes the insincerity of India, and why the international community doesn't take them seriously. There is no room for such petulance on the international stage.
