So ? Where does the 'first point' or anything else in the rest of the joint statement prevent Pakistan from meeting the Huriyet leaders and how is meeting the Huriyet leaders a 'back-tracking on what was agreed at UFA' ?

Meeting with huriyat leaders was a goodwill gesture extended by government of India, which is no longer on offer.

Yeah, we have the dossier. Even I can prepare tons of non-refutable evidence that India has been sponsoring cross-border terrorism for more than half a century via arming, financing and training her terrorist proxies such as LTTE, Mukti Bahini etc.

The evidence is non-refutable.

So this is very ironic that a country, India , which herelf is spreading cross-border terrorism in the region for decades is complaining about it.

Last talks were cancelled because Pakistan was adamant on meeting Huriyat leaders, since government of India made it's point clear Pakistan was trying to wriggle out from NSA meet by raising this issue again.
