No, it is not bull crap. It is you who need spanking for making such insane arguments. Men and women get married with a promise of being exclusive to each other and fulfil each others sexual needs. It is not an open relationship where each can go their own way and satisfy themselves with other partners. If the woman is not ready to fulfil the man's sexual needs she needs to get out of the marriage. It is not fair to the man. Ditto if the man is not able to fulfil the woman's sexual needs.

Marriage is a sexual relationship. Sex is to be had when one wants it, not when the neighbor or you deem someone should have it.

You shouldn't rape your wife because you need her for other important stuff, but raping a random woman in street and then getting rid of the body shouldn't cause an issue or harm in your life.

If they legalized rape outside of marriage, then you wouldn't need to get rid of the body, because if police find the body may be big trouble for you.
