Not what you expect...North Iran

That is good to hear. I notice Pakistanis who are a bit older have positive views on Iran. The younger generation are somewhat more pro Saudi or are neutral.

This is because they have the old memory of old iran. Iran under shah was a good Pakistani ally but then mullahs came and made the whole world hate iran.

Pardon my off topic question,

I have noticed (from pics here and other places) many Iranian womens are nominally wearing head scarf with skinny leggings or tight fit clothings. Which looks odd to me!

Is it true wearing head scarf is mandatory for women? Do Iranian religious leaders recognize these type of clothings as parda?
Dressing according to Islamic code is a law in Iran...what that code is very loosely defined so you will find from fully covered to just a headscarf ..tight fit is personal choice...very controversial issue in Iran so I guess they decided not to push it too far...remember 40 years ago iranian women were free to dress as they wished...Islamic system changed all that..

Northern Iran... I remember seeing an old movie which took place in northern Iran. I forgot the name but it ends up with father saving his son and being washed out to Caspian Sea from river.

Anyways I liked how the forest looked in the film. I really couldn’t give two shits about your cities and villas because it doesn’t impress me as much as nature and natural beauty does. Anyways I’m sure the natural beauty and landscapes of Northern Iran are beautiful.
The Color of Paradise (Rang-e Khoda: literally translated as The Color of God)
One of the best Iranian movies. Highly recommended. Last time I checked, it had a ridiculously high rating on IMDB. Something like 8.3 or so.

Every country has its old parts

Look at London and Paris, most parts are extremely old and outdated:

Btw one tree in Iran is older than Europe Usa Australia and 99% of the countries in the world
