Now how can you say that when the majority of India having negative feelings towards China doing the HSR project for India? Your people don't even want China to do it , for once i agree with your people

Another $32 billion to throw on the $4 trillion currency reserve pile wouldn't be bad though. :D

And it's economically inefficient (i.e. a bad idea) for India to build this at their current stage of development. It's just a PR job for Modi's crew, and all it will cost them is a $32 billion when their budget is already in the massive deficit zone.

Great for us all around.

haha i'd rather they create more debt thanks to Japan.

That would still work out well for us, since Japan is likely to charge up to 3 times as much. That will turn the Indian HSR project from being economically irresponsible (currently), to an economic train wreck (no pun intended) for India's overall economy.

You know jack $hit about economics. You just like to talk BS and throw big Chinese propaganda words around. Do you even know why countries are building HSRs?

.
Too much paid propaganda here,,does not matter.

No one is gonna listen to these trolls and stop investment where there are good returns.Countries that think they can do it all and don't need to invest in emerging markets end up like soviet union:devil:

Lets cheer for
@Chinese-Dragon for the president for that dream to be realized:sarcastic:

He's in an HSR thread and doesn't even understand what it is supposed to be. He's talking about 'stage of development'. He's trolling without even understading the underlying concept. The clown gets the hiding.

We won't even participate the bid, since this will simply build up its supply line with all the available materials can be transported to the border with Pakistan.

It is not good Pakistan in a border conflict with India, so it is better for India to stick with that overpriced and obsoleted Shinkansen.

supplies by high speed train? what a grand idea!

read Global Daily. China lost >$6T building ghost cities. Forget those wasted investments, now so much capacity in steel and everything construction has backed up, Chinese are anxious to tap overseas markets - guess what? 7 years of African investment has yielded a big zero. That's why China is anxious to compete with Japan and establish a strong presence in Indian infrastructure.

I applaud them for that objective attitude and hope my Indian friends will also put aside empty rhetoric and cooperate.

With the largest two populations to feed and employ, the oldest two cultures can offer each other unparallelled relative advantages.
