The risk is that India will mismanage the Chinese HSR and then, in case of an accident, the Indian and international media will put the blame on China, disregarding China's track record of less casualty than the Europeans.

That's my only concern. Maybe China should only sell non-critical components while India buys the critical components from their more reliable partners.

Yeah we get tens of billions every year from India's huge trade deficit to China anyway.

This HSR doesn't even make sense for India itself. It's not an efficient allocation of resources for India, even many of the Indian members here agree with that.

Those indian members are stupid as shit.The project is for future about 10 years from now and not today.
The economy would have grown by a trillion by then.
