Are these guys indian?

Ha ha....look at Chinese ignorance.......did you even read the link you posted......

There were foreign payloads(along with Indian) on board the Chandrayaan craft.......so there were some foreign representatives(scientists) associated with the mission(before the launch) solely for checking their own payloads...to make sure they were functioning properly before launch...

when have you carried man on spacecraft!?. Even the man did not travel with the craft, why you have to brag about your independence in a way to put down the Canadian Space co-operation with another country? And there are FOREIGN payloads as you mentioned that completely refute your argument that indian space ventures are 100% INDIGENOUS!

The guys in the above-mentioned venture with names that appear to be non-indians are "considered instrumental to the success of the Chandrayaan-1 project". Why do you think that checking payloads as so "instrumental to the success of the project"? RIDICULOUS

Where did I say 'man'............Chinese "high IQ".....:woot:

Is it too difficult to understand.........too bad I relied on your "High IQ"....:hitwall:

Now let me try to explain it in an easier way.....

Functionality of the payloads have nothing to do with the launch itself....

Once the payloads are properly placed.....they execute their own functions.....

We were in charge of placing the payloads in their proper position(orbit).....

Since there were some foreign payloads......some foreign scientists may have been there to check the funtionality of their own payloads(before launch)......they were not in charge of the mission itself....

don't mumble along low iq indians! you dont need to explain anything where the situation is so damn clear.
YOU HAVE RECEIVED FOREIGHN ASSISTANCE in such a substantial way that you have to give them (foreigners) CREDITS!
You are dependent on foreign aids in your program and yet you mock at the Canadians about the non independence! What a massive joke you are making out of your low iq!
and you still brag about your launching superiority despite failures after failures in launching heavier payloads! RIDICULOUS!

Or you can say THEY received our assistance........since we helped them carry their payloads to their intended orbit......

"They hitched a ride on our rocket"......at least agencies like NASA trust us to launch their payloads....

BUt how can I expect you to understand this.....no country(other than Pakistan) trusts you to launch their satellites.....

Once you "launched" a Nigerian satellite......and it got lost in space....
Satellite Missing: 1st Chinese 419 To Nigeria - Politics - Nairaland

Then the N.Korean rocket failed because they used Chinese tech.....

And you are talking about your "high success rate"......

You guys are at par with Canada....help each other, if you want to rise to ISRO standard...

.
And why are Canadians better?

Canada #10 nominal GDP per capita $51,147
India #136 nominal GDP per capita $1,527

We are wealthier than the Americans and 33 times wealthier than Indians.

So now, when you are caught with your pants down, you change the topic from space tech. to wealth of your people....

same old tactics.....when you find that you can no longer counter Indian logic.....you take refuge in off-topic rants....
Now, Indian toilets, poverty, caste system etc. etc will come into this 'Science based' debate......

BUT remember, despite of being less wealthy than you, our space agency is performing better than yours......and the topic is about your 'space tech'....not your 'wealth'

Just wondering.......how do all those survey makers conclude that the Chinese, Pakistanis,European have higher IQs....
Just show them the comments of this forum.....how the Indians "spank" their High IQ logic everyday .....and how they take refuge in off-topic rants being unable to cope with Indian logic......
The survey makers need to check forums like these......

What just because they have Christian names they can't be Indian? :what:

George Koshy- Alumnus of IIT Bombay, been with ISRO since 1972.

Mr Leo Jackson John- Alumnus IIT Madras

And in case if you are wondering about the other christian name in the list, Dr T.K.Alex- Alumnus IIT Madras, very much an Indian.

Get out of the well and broaden your horizon.

Ufff... now you've endangered the poor communist's life. He'd be hunted down for not being able to "show the Indians how to be a man". You need to take care man; some people's lives here are depending on the limited IQ that their government allows them to hold.

no you indian guys have to get the records straight and stop giving false / misleading information! and STFU!

we never claim no.1 but we are much better than you indians in rocket launching success rates! FACT!

show me when u launch 10 satellietes in one go?

show me when u have success like Chandrayaan which discovered water?

show me how many civilains u have killed in ur satellte launches V/s killed by India?

add to that PSLV has been a success unparalleled in Chinese history by a long distance?

show me when u have largest constellation of remote sensing satellites?

add to that that all the failures are hidden by China. So u know whose success rate will be better. For sure India.

I cant bet the failure rate of a country to be in the highest - a country which killed thousands Civilans in a rocket launch. whose rocket just flew directly into people's home. Such incapable way of development means they must have had countless other failures but hidden.

(chinese known failures+ countless hidden failures)/total launches >>>>> Indian failures/total launches
number of civilians killed: CHinese - thousands, india - Zero

Launch history GSLV

All GSLV launches have been conducted from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.

Flight Launch date/time (UTC) Variant Launch Pad Payload Payload Mass Result Note(s)

D1 18 April 2001
10:13 Mk.I(a) First GSAT-1 1,540 kg Failure Developmental Flight, payload placed into lower than planned orbit, and did not have sufficient fuel to reach a usable orbit.[9]

D2 8 May 2003
11:28 Mk.I(a) First GSAT-2 1,825 kg Success Developmental Flight[10]

F01 20 September 2004
10:31 Mk.I(b) First EDUSAT 1,950 kg Success First operational flight[11]

F02 10 July 2006
12:08 Mk.I(b) Second INSAT-4C 2,168 kg Failure Both rocket and satellite had to be destroyed over the Bay of Bengal after the rocket's trajectory veered outside of permitted limits.

F04 2 September 2007
12:51 Mk.I(b) Second INSAT-4CR 2,160 kg.Partial failure Partial launch failure,[12] apogee lower and inclination higher than expected, due to carrier rocket underperformance.[13] Eventually the 2160 kg payload reached the designated geostationary transfer orbit.[14][15] There were reports that the mission life of the satellite had decreased by five years as the thrusters had to burn this much fuel to restore the satellite to its correct orbit. However, the ISRO later refuted this claim dismissing it as false.[16]

D3 15 April 2010
10:57 Mk.II Second GSAT-4 2,220 kg Failure First flight test of the ISRO designed and built Cryogenic Upper Stage. Failed to reach orbit due to malfunction of Fuel Booster Turbo Pump (FBTP) of the Cryogenic Upper Stage.[17]

F06 25 December 2010
10:34 Mk.I (c) Second GSAT-5P 2,130 kg Failure First flight of GSLV Mk.I (c) Destroyed by range safety officer after loss of control of liquid fuelled boosters.[18]

You indians cannot lift anything heavier than 2 MT in space! The success rate of launching is horrendous!

what's the point of bragging your space, rocket launching technology better than us?

Our Long March 2 series has successfully lifted payloads exceeding 2 MTs
into Higher Orbits some 20 to 30 years ago!

Long March (rocket family) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Agni 3 missile can carry 2.5 tons easily but there are restriction on defense program to mix their technology with space program. where as in china there is nothing like that.

Plus GSLV is still in developing stage. Once the node gets cleared the tech gets proven everything will be smooth.

man no one trusts their rocket to make launch of even $100 payload except for nigeria, NK..

coz everyone knows the difference b/w ccp success numbers and real success numbers. Chinese rocket launches are totally unreliable. if the world needed another proof - they got via NK failed rocket attempt.

ISRO is among the undisputed top agencies trusted for reliable launches. China is not even in the trusted list.

ao333 disappeared again !

ordinary chinese may be having high IQ. but the chinese on this forum have IQ of a poodle :P

It's cpc propaganda about IQ.

The chinese "IQ" shows in north korea's failed launch. poor chinese.. a massive embarassment for chinese and it's subservient state.

It's time NK broke from the subservience and united with south korea .... and enjoy the huge achievements and participate in future growth of united Korea.

Why would you care to make a comment when I "disappear?" I don't have the time to follow comments of 12 years old Indians. I stopped burning your nationality on IQ because it simply is too racist. There's nothing you can say to combat what you're born with. But if you do insist on me bringing up IQ again...

IQ research is done by Western institutions and published in press and other sources such as Intelligence and the Wealth and Poverty of Nations by Richard Lynn. It's one of the rare occurrences where it has nothing to do with China. They simply score objectively high on it.

The intelligence of Indians is 1 tier above Africans, the lowest of humanity.
