Yes, absolutely. But Fat Kim is still slightly less crazy than "The Donald" Trump.
If this possible that Trump had made deal with China already at the recent meeting, and got the permission from China to strike and kill Kim Un Jong? Since I got a feeling this time Trump really means it, and either USA or North Korea have to back down, otherwise war is coming.

Japan discusses how to evacuate citizens from South Korea if crisis hits

Japan's National Security Council discussed how to evacuate its nearly 60,000 citizens from South Korea in the event of a crisis, a government official said on Friday, amid rising concern over North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

North Korea denounced the United States on Friday for bringing "huge nuclear strategic assets" to the Korean peninsula as a U.S. aircraft carrier group headed for the region amid concerns the North may conduct a sixth nuclear test.

Besides commercial ships and planes, Japan would want to send military aircraft and ships to assist in the evacuation if the South Korean government agreed, the official, familiar with the discussion, said. He declined to be identified because of the sensitivity of the topic.

The NSC, in a meeting on Thursday, also discussed how to cope with a possible flood of North Korean refugees into Japan, among whom might be North Korean spies and agents, Japanese media reported.

Tension has risen since the U.S. Navy fired 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airfield last week in response to a deadly gas attack, raising concerns about U.S. President Donald Trump's plans for North Korea, which has conducted missile and nuclear tests in defiance of UN and unilateral sanctions.

The United States has warned that its policy of "strategic patience" is over.

Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga told a news conference on Friday that the government was always collecting and analyzing information about North Korea's moves but refrained from commenting on details.

"At present, we are in close contact with the United States and South Korea and in addition to urging (the North) to refrain from provocative actions and observe relevant U.N. Security Council resolutions, we will take all necessary steps to protect our people's lives and assets," Suga said.

Japan began working on plans to respond to a potential crisis on the Korean peninsula in February, after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe met Trump at a summit in the United States, Kyodo news agency said.

Attendees at a Feb. 23 NSC meeting forecast a crisis on the Korean peninsula could prompt large numbers of refugees turning up in boats along the coast of the Sea of Japan, Kyodo said.

The attendees called for preparations for a humanitarian response along with tightened security given the possibility that North Korean soldiers could enter Japan pretending to be refugees, Kyodo said, quoting unidentified government sources.

A Japanese ruling party lawmaker and a government source told Reuters this week that coping with possible North Korean refugees would be among the matters for which Japan had to prepare.

But they said there was concern that any sign of actual preparations for a possible crisis would boost public anxiety.

China is already putting preassure on North Korea. A war could result in thousands of refugees flooding to China as well as China being affected by Bio, Chem and Nuclear weapons somethings the Chinese government doesn't want . China will restrain the North Korean Economy if they won't listen China will have to take care of Kim before the US does

where's south korea? they are the one that will suffer the most, but we don't hear anything from them

ROK has asked US to don't do anything at least until the Korean elections are held

North Korea Vows to Launch 'Preemptive Strike' in Case of Any US 'Provocation'

1051845389.jpg

A representative of the North Korean General Staff said that Pyongyang will launch a "preemptive strike" in case of any US' "political, economic or military provocation."

"All political, economic and military provocational schemes will be decisively disrupted by a superpowerful response from our army and people," the statement cited by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said.

According to the DPRK, Pyongyang's response will inclide preemptive strikes from sea, air and land.

The North Korean General Staff vowed to target US military bases in Japan, South Korea and the residence of the South Korean president in Seoul in case of US aggression.

Moreover, the DPRK General Staff said it is ready to strike a US aircraft carrier, USS Carl Vinson.

"The closer large targets approach [North Korea], including the US nuclear aircraft carrier, the more effective the annihilating strike will be," the General Staff said.

Earlier in the day, US officials said that Washington is prepared to use conventional weapons against North Korea if they feel that Pyongyang is about to pull the trigger on its sixth nuclear weapons test.

On Thursday, the DPRK released another warning, saying, "By relentlessly bringing in a number of strategic nuclear assets to the Korean peninsula, the US is gravely threatening the peace and safety and driving the situation to the brink of a nuclear war."

On April 5, North Korea reportedly launched a ballistic missile from Sinpho, South Hamgyong province, in the direction of the Sea of Japan.

US officials announced on Saturday that an aircraft carrier strike group was sent to the Korean peninsula amid rising tensions.

On Sunday, US National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Herbert McMaster said that President Donald Trump had ordered preparation of all possible options in order to protect the United States and its partners from the threat emanating from North Korea.

The us just drop mother of all democracy on isis in afghan. Take note korea, this is not a coincidence. First is tomohawk for syria, now moab on isis and a carrier to the koreas. Trump is for real

US is supporting ISIS in Syria and killing them in Afghanistan! I am totally anti ISIS but there is a limit to hypocrisy!

North Korea has achieved what it has had always wanted to. Now its all up to the US Government that how it deals with it. The problem in here is not that the US will ever try to attack North Korea, the actual problem is that the China is losing quite a lot of business because of the tensions in Korean Peninsula. And the mainstream western media is gaining quite a lot because of North Korean threats. Its a hype that the Western media backed by the CIA is creating to increase their profit.

And also their are thousands of other things linked to it. USA's own credibility being a competent allay is on stake because of Russia. Since Russia successfully waged a war against ISIS in Syria and crushed the Zionist regime's dreams of creating a greater Israel, US has gone wild. It needs something big, something that could turn the tables around. Now when I say US, I never meant by the Trump administration, no, Civilian Government has nothing to do with the strategic decision making. It all comes from the CIA headquarters, and the problem is the CIA is also divided into two groups, one group is pro American who really wants USA to stay away from wars, and the other group is pro Israel and pro Zionist. This second group is extremely strong, since they control the majority of the CIA's annual budget, the control the USA's economy, the major financial institutions belong to them. And whenever Trump ignores their way of Governing USA, their are always strikes against him. So he is left with no choice but to go aggressive, and how long will he be doing this for? well the time will surely tell us.

The us just drop mother of all democracy on isis in afghan. Take note korea, this is not a coincidence. First is tomohawk for syria, now moab on isis and a carrier to the koreas. Trump is for real

No he is not for real, all those attacks were meant to threat and scare off North Korea nothing more than that.

The problem is that SK might suffer a lot if war breaks out, NK is a huge dugged-in army, it won't be easy even for the US to dislodge it with these huge "mother of all bombs" and other sophisticated weapons.. NK will make sure to destroy at least Seoul the capital of SK, and that is already too much to bear..
NK has 60 submarine that can pose a threat (in case of war) to some vessels of the US, SK and Japanese navies in the Area.. Also the North Koreans are so indoctrinated that Kamikaze will look like a kid compared to them, they have often went on suicide missions into SK, and even when caught they gave a very tough fight till death, they were very rare instances where some were taken alive.. this is just to give an Idea of what kind of fight they might give and are capable of..

I completely agree with you on this one!

Since trump can't compete with Korea / Japan / China (Economically speaking) he figured he will start a war in region so other countries can't compete economically and waste their resources and infrastructure on war

The bigger goal seems to be an Economic plunder Japan/Korea do occupy 40-50% of car manufacturing share in global market any war will pretty much destroy that share

Just trying to destabalize Asian economic block from becoming stable forming a counter weight to US's sanctions on Asian companies and busniesses

He will trow 1-2 big ones and then he himself will pull back his units let others destroy each others economy

The best case scenario as the western Media is "trying to portray" is a China vs North Korea angle , meaning China will be stuck fighting a unnecessary escalation on their eastern front
Wasting their economic surplus, when they can be growing their economy

By the way has anyone noticed how Mr Kim enjoys success fo his weapons , always there to help promote his national security

Doing testing in his own country seems like a very Sovreign thing to do

ms-2016-north-korea-missiles-map.jpg

Clearly he has not attacked anyone , seems to me as a neutral fella that someone is trying to excite North Korea into a agressive stance to hurt Economy in Asian Bloc

Seems like he does know how to develop proper cities for his own country man another fully stable country now being destabalized from outside

Looks like a well planned city
