The many factories claimed by Dada Sharif were loan defaulters and were such failures that dada only paid taxes amounting to peanuts but kept on amassing millions miraculously to invest in qatri enterprises, to dole out the same to grandchildren years later after his death...but without any paper work to back the partnership worth millions of darhams.

Discussed in detail one year back. Any machinery that used to be transferred from Sharjah passed through dubai customs because dubai lies between sharjah and ksa. Even abu dhabi port should have the record of this transfer.

Someone tell him the difference between criminal and civil prosecution. In criminal, yes its upto the prosecution to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused party is guilty. In civil prosecution and under NAB Ordinance, NAB can ask any citizen to prove their assets are purchased through legal money if they feel the assets are beyond their stated income. The Sharif family has to prove that these flats were purchased with legal money, hence they produced this Qatari Letter.

the matter is not Nawaz Sharif's alleged corruption...
The main issue is Punjab and Punjab alone....
Now its clear that no property/offshore company is in Nawaz sharif's name right, so he is not answerable for those properties that he did not owned... simple...
Look if a son or father or brother or sister or daughter of somebody owns any property then providing money trail or any validation of that property is the responsibility of the owner and owner alone and not the responsibility of his/her blood relations...
Now if someone alleges that NS took commission in motorway or did any corruption, and laundered money and bought property in the names of his siblings, then its an allegation which is needed to be proved in a court of law with the help of solid evidence, so the accusers should go to court instead of only accusing...
Now come back to Punjab... look in major constituencies of punjab the result of recent and past elections reveals that there are mainly 2 competitors in Punjab PMLN and PTI... right, and most of times PMLN comes first and PTI 2nd, so if somehow PMLN gets removed from the competition or gets cut to size, then who will be the primary beneficiary??? its obvious PTI... so its power struggle since its inception, all these so called soldiers of PTI at this forum or their party or leader, they have nothing against NS or PMLN, their whole issue is Punjab...
