I think Ali Pay is also not available in Pakistan currently

but

99% of European and American sites only supports PayPal.
After PayPal they support Bitcoin, but Bitcoin is not legal in Pakistan ( i think, not Confirmed),
Bitcoin in Pakistan is very costly than other countries...

Again, Pakistan has worst Banking System, 99.8% of Banks in Pakistan does not support 3d Secure Debit Card,
Only few banks supports 3d Secure Credit Card but Only 2 Supports 3d Secure Debit Crad.

And most of European sites does not accept Pakistani 3rd class Debit Cards i-e MCB Lite Card , UBL Wiz Card on their 3d Secure supported payment system

Banking system in Pakistan is good and secure enough if you have used one for transaction you will come to know that it's much safer.

Everything they done for transaction is using your own sim mobile for verification. Pin code send to your mobile and until you have those pin code for transaction you can't make the transaction. So what else you are looking for cyber payment method for secure method?.


It's more to do with US Govt then PayPal itself as you can see much less develop country has paypal and Pakistan hasn't.

If PayPal every come to Pakistan it will be next thing like CPEC and US knows that.

I think , No One in Pakistan need PayPal similar platform, they need only PayPal

Most of top sites belongs to Europe and America, and Most of them supports PayPal, as it is more secure and has more features for customers/buyers, others also supports Bitcoin and VISA/MasterCard, but among all PayPal is best....

For Example:
If you pay for a Seedbox for to_rrents, but if you are facing any issue and site/merchant is not solving you issue, or scamming you, you can contact PayPal within 7 days and get your full money, but in Bitcoin and via VISA/MASTER Cards not Possible, i think

But 3d Secure Debit Card, is affordable for most of Pakistanis, but only 2 Banks in Pakistan offers 3d Secure Debit Card, 1) FAYSAL BANK 2) HBL

but HBL is more Headache for its Requirement for A/C in HBL like Electricity Bill with your name, Income Proof and etc

I didn't have to give proof for salary 3 years ago. They just took my business card and opened my account. These things may have restriction now because of grey list of FATF and this is another issue why PayPal not willing to come in Pakistan rather than bank system of Pakistan.
