No Pak ban on Hafiz Saeed from giving hate speeches

I live in the West, which is why I am pointing out that the rule of law must be paramount, and under the law the UNSC resolutions require Pakistan to place no restrictions on his movement and speech, and the courts have not found any evidence to implicate HS in terrorism.

So ur Chief Justice was ousted, Ur general took over as president and now u have a foreign national as ur president. So is that law paramount??
Isn't giving hate speeches against any other country forbidden in Pakistan??

Well if you ask civilians to take guns.. mark my words that society is going to be doomed. make sure atleast as a policy the civlity is remaining.. else today it will india, tomarrow it will be against your government and system..!!! the gun can be pointed at any one if it is given to the hands of people who should not handle it.

Yeah right! A few mean words? Can you hear yourself say that?

The fact is that whenever, incidents like 26/11 happen your Govt. uses the excuse that these were perpetrated by non-state actors. Now when you know that non-state actors (aka civilians) are/can be influenced by people like Hafiz Saeed, why dont you stop him?

And restraining him is even more important given Pakistan's position vis-a-vis global terrorism. Your country's name crops in every second terrorist related incident. The least you can do is to curb these hatemongers who spread the venom and use uneducated and poor masses by misusing words like Jihad.

And please dont compare Hafiz Saeed to Indian politicians. None of them sent or helped people cross over and spread mayhem across your side of the border.

until you put a curb on your bal thakerays, spare us the banter and whining. india is one of the only countries in the world where proven arsonists, criminals and hate-mongers are actually active in state politics


as for ''hate speech'' --- as long as he doesnt pose a threat to our national security, i dont see where/how/why he is in any violation. Unless there is proof that he arms/funds 'terror organization' i'm afraid you indians will have to live on with the reality that he is a free man as per the ruling of Lahore High Court
