What's new

No Pak ban on Hafiz Saeed from giving hate speeches

Your post need bit of correction buddy!!!!!!!!
He can not do anything what he want but definatly can do what a common citizen can lawfully, as in your country! Hate speech against Pakistan's enemy is not banned in Pakistan as in yours!!!!!!

And what he wants is to use about 2.5K offices of JuD and a dozen lecture rooms to polarize Pakistan's public to hate India. You already called India an enemy. I think he has succeeded quite a bit.

Because he forget all those toy bombs which India use to throw at Pakistan border areas.... and it seems he only remember....all those night time operation when indian army use to come in Pakistan border villages and kill/kidnap few children, women and elderly.

What you are missing is that in India itself there are people who uphold Pakistan flags and burn indian flag.
There are speeches as well.....
You need to free that part of Pakistan.

Jana, as one of the members said, if a baby does not cry then it is either dumb or has some abnormalities. It is better to cry than to bleed for a start.

When you are losing an argument, you switch to comical posts and get away from the topic. well done.
:

Whats there to cry even. The Court has freed him and he is a free citizen with rights to speak whatever he wants to.

Simple as that.

When your media is short of having funny stories they come up again and again with this bore topic .

This is not Hafiz Saeed who has made me consider India as an enemy but India's own actions and hate and war mongering by Indian media.
'India creating difficulties in the way of the development of Pakistan' is not an unknown issue --- recent example is PakChina nuclear deal.

Their are many other examples I can give you..

.
The whole article just has quotes from your minister and has not spelt out any judgement. Funny you kill the messenger even without reading.

There is no story Jana. It is what your minister said word to word.

You are playing with words here!!!!!!!
we are not arguing about who said what but the way it is presented in Indian BS media.
Just look at the heading, non-sensical and foolish.

Your media i cannot trust... simple example is the same story... i cannot find any where on web that Qureshi telling any thing what you wrote in subject.... and no speech of any sort is reffered or no names were used..

Where as in india side it is leagal to raise war hysteria which has always lead by your army cheif.... rememebr nuke Pakistan.
Pakistanis have already spent billions in building nuke bunkers ever since. We need responsible people trialed for planning mass murder of Pakistanis and we also need to trial all those who made such irresponisble incharge of Israeli nuclear wepons.

Tell me one sentence that is objectionable in the article.

I can post a dozen such videos. so :)
How is an organisation that is banned with UN's direction but the man at the helm of such an organisation free to do what he wants.
Because the UN sanctions on HS do not require restrictions on his movement and speech within Pakistan, nor has he been shown to have broken any law in Pakistan.

Please understand that I agree that he has not broken any law in Pakistan. The question is the money and accounts of JuD have without any doubt left a terror trail and this is also clear from the UN report.

In case of BP, the CEO is held accountable for the organisation's misdoings. Same should be the case with HS.

You cannot hold the 'CEO' of BP or any other entity 'responsible' unless you can prove he has broken some law.

The UN sanctions do not require Pakistan to impose restrictions on HS's movement and speech in Pakistan, and if there is iron clad evidence against him, it should be presented, and the UN should reform its sanctions process to hold an international trial in which the accused has the option to defend himself and if found guilty is arrested and sent to prison, instead of this opaque and shadowy 'neither here not there' sanctions process, that protects neither the rights or interest of the accuser nor the accused.

It is one thing to be politically correct and another to come clean. Pakistan has chosen to be politically correct and expecting concessions from India going forward with this in the back of our minds .. you know the rest.

Sorry, but no country should expect illegal moves from another nation at its behest, as seems to be the case with Indian demands over HS.

Musharraf continues to be dislike by an overwhelming majority of Pakistanis and criticized by the Pakistan Left and Right because of how he 'illegally' handled the detentions and extraditions of various suspects. Pakistanis are in no mood to return to those days of arbitrary and illegal detentions, and continue to criticize domestic instances of such practices by the police and Army.

Pakistan's golden days in terms of progress and prosperity was with Mush and its OK to dislike his ways as the cancer in Pakistan is disinformation and bias.

It was he who realized that a proxy war will give no gains and he had started talking and was getting close to fixing the core issues b/w India and Pakistan. However, that is not acceptable and as you say he was criticized.

Now if the same CEO does an incremental job you reward him millions. So why not held him responsible for tarnishing the company's image?

look at this..There are children in this rally. And he is saying all this?
Wt sanctions are u talking abt?? So shall we proclaim him as saint and justify his speeches.
