'No more onion import from India'

.
The Minister is right on the point as India failed to be a reliable source.

.
Okay. They should try and import less. If only one of PDF Bangladeshis is actually Haseena.

Lol. Haseena maan jayegi then?
Hasina dont make decisions on where to import. Its market based economy. Something is cheaper in india and make sense. Hence we import. If same thing cheaper in sri lanka we will choose sri lanka instead of india.

.
tab ki tab dekhi jaegi abhi apni piyaz ki dukaan uthao or brazil le jao
Brazil kyun? Pyaaz se kya aayega hamein. $200 million a year. Seh lenge. Woh $200 million dusre item se lelenge. Jab chahiye hotha hai tab double rate mein bejenge. Dekho aap.

Exactly. INDIA produces 24 million tonnes. BANGLADESH produces 1.8 million tonnes. In few months, Indian onion will be 10 rupees per kg. I bet it'll be cheaper than Bangladeshi onion. If it is market driven, they'll look no further than India. But if they play politics, India can play them to hilt.

No one is playing politics. Its market driven economy. Normal ppl dont care about politics they want good quality in reasonable price.

Not according to world bank or imf. But they did predict india will not go back to 7 percent in coming years.
Its just growth rate driven by massive public spending. Your tax revenues are up by 2%, when projected tax revenue increase was to be 18%. All the big budgeted public spending will grind to halt or at least lower the pace impacting your GDP growth next year.

bas phir butt uthaen bismillah karke?
Aap karo pehle. Yaha tho India Bangladesh ka bath chal raha hain.

True. But unlike india our public debt is 33 percent and external debt is only 15 percent of gdp. So we have lot of fiscal room left to carry out projects. Indian public debt is 60 percent plus maybe? I dont know exactly.

India stopped export because we were facing crisis ourselves. We are not responsible for Bangladesh. It was alright if the minister said he didn't want to face similar situation. But he said India stopped export without notice as if we produce for his pleasure. Thats just diabolical of him.

apas me jaldi faisla karo hamara rashan khatam horaha ha. jo jeetega usse hum larenge
Lol. You are fun.
